You get the repair cost next to what replacing the machine would cost. Sometimes replacing wins, and I'll say so.
Nothing gets billed until you've agreed to the work.
Turnaround is usually same or next day, depending on the job and whether the part is in stock. Call and I'll give you a realistic window for your specific machine.
Services
You are responsible for backing up your own data before a repair. I will never format or delete anything without telling you first, but I can't be held liable for data lost during a repair attempt. Back up early and often — and if you don't have a backup, ask for one before work starts.
